Lynne is also a Fellow of Oriel College, Oxford, and Tutor in Biochemistry. Dr David Harris is the Director of Teaching in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, and Fellow and Tutor in Biochemistry at St Anne's College, Oxford. David carried out his DPhil research at the University of Amsterdam, and returned to Oxford to take up the Weir Junior Research Fellow at University College. He then was appointed to a University lectureship at Leeds University, where he taught from 1979 to 1986. He returned to Oxford to take up the EP Abraham Cephalosporin Fellowship in Biochemistry at St Anne's. Dr Catherine Pears is a lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford, where her research focuses on genetic approaches to understanding the biochemical pathways that lead to changes in cell behaviour in response to extracellular signals. Catherine is also a Fellow of University College, Oxford, and Tutor in Biochemistry.
