9:45 pm, Miami Florida A call is made to the Miami Police Department regarding a suspicious character in a residential area. Being an upholding officer of the law, Sergeant Christian Tate takes the call and travels to the scene. It's dark, it's raining, and the ground is soaked. As Christian approaches the guy and announces his presence as Miami P-D; still, the suspect flees. It's not long before the suspect is tased and about to be handcuffed, when he pulls out a weapon. What will unfold as Christian has to use his weapon on the young teenager? How does his city react to this? How is a police sergeant going to be reprimanded?
