He has written widely in this field, and is the former editor of the Journal of Adolescence. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Educational Studies, University of Oxford.Dr Ann Hagell is Programme Director of Adolescent Mental Health at the Nuffield Foundation. A chartered psychologist, she has undertaken social policy research in both the UK and USA. Presently editor-in-chief of the Journal of Adolescence, she has authored or co-authored over 50 articles, chapters and reports on adolescence.
