Having graduated from many technical schools in the Ultra-Sonic, automatic transmission, and X-Ray radiology, Mr. Pender returned to Cleveland to be an educational facilitator at a science center. He is a thirty year Boxing and volleyball referee, and a baseball umpire. He is also the head basketball coach for Bethany Baptist Church.
