When the nations of the world learns of its possible demise, how will they react and what must be done to preserve life on our planet. A Norwegian marine scientist named Jens at the Kristiansund Institute, Norway, many years ago had made a breakthrough in communicationswith a dolphin named Kong that has never been revealed to other researchers or to the general public. Because of the need to keep thisbreakthrough secret and a growing military threat to the free world primarily from Russia and China, Jens decides to share his research withNATO and the US Navy. This is when Jens first learns from Kong that aliens have been visiting the earth for thousands of years and during partof this this period have made contacts with dolphins, but not with humans. Now, for the first time, the aliens want to make contact withhumans to warn them of an impending disaster to our planet. One of the aliens named Jargon initially meets Jens, who arranges for him to speak to the world at the UN, where we learn what the threat to our planets survival is and how it can be avoided.
