His books include Teaching Drama: Fundamentals and Beyond; Hope Beyond All Hope: New York Stories; two full- length plays, The Burrow People and A Tyrant for All Seasons. He is currently working on a novel about 15th Century Florence, Italy. Born and bred in New York, he resides in San Mateo, California.
