A compendium of Colombia's development process, this book is intended to provide the incoming Presidential Administration with a comprehensive account of diagnostics and policy recommendations for the sectors that contribute to the country's development path. This book begins by offering a synthesis of the development challenges that the incoming president is likely to face as well as possible policy responses. Thirty-one sector-specific chapters make up Part II. Throughout, the intention is not to provide definitive answers, but to elicit and support policy debate in Colombia at this historic time.
