Prior to launching the Institute, Mike was the Executive Director for the Osprey Point Leadership Center, a conference center on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Before his involvement with Osprey Point, Mr. Metzger worked as a consultant and advisor for dozens of organizations, speaking throughout the Unites States and Western Europe. He has also been an adjunct instructor at several graduate schools. The Clapham Institute conducts C-level roundtables throughout the country for institutional leaders and offers consulting services for organizations seeking to innovative over the long haul. The Clapham Institute also facilitates Skunk Works - specialized innovation teams - inside organizations or with small groups - Cultural Creatives - within a city.
