We learn a new approach to life- less control, less expectation, more love, more joy and more acceptance.About the Author: Marcea Weiss served in the U.S. Army as a UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot, Training Officer and Maintenance Manager with the 25th Infantry Division (Tropic Lightning) in Hawaii and the 1st Infantry Divisions (Big Red One) in Germany. Since leaving the military, Marcea has enjoyed working in progressive hiring, sales, marketing, operations and management roles, working with Cypress Semiconductor, GE, Apple, Microsoft, Merendino Cemetery Care and Mercury Marine to reach the next level and achieve results. Marcea grew up on a family Dairy Farm in Wisconsin and joined the military in college to serve her country while strengthening her leadership skills. Recently, Marcea re-entered the military ranks as a UH-60 Pilot for the Wisconsin National Guard. Marcea has written and published a book to help transitioning veterans titled, Leaving the Military; Your Deployment Guide to Corporate America and maintains a passion for helping veterans, non-veterans and organizations work through adversity and change management in life in order to Find your Fantastic(TM)
