Most of the drawings I used to design these paintings with were drawn at live music performances in Nashville. While I was there, I experienced many, many amazing music performances, in a place where musicians who come there attempt to do their absolute best live musical performances. The forms and designs of the Systemic Hard Edge Abstraction pieces involve a bright and colorful dynamic, with judiciously placed forms, shapes, and patterns to create a significant level of interest and variety.
