How many times have you done something, and as soon as you did it, you realized just how stupid it was? If you're like me, you could fill a book with those kind of bone head mistakes, so I've created this journal so I can keep track of what never to do again. By writing my mistakes and regrets down, I am visually and mentally mindful of how dumb it was to do those things so I won't do them again. For instance, if I go shopping and get carried away with too many impulse purchases, I pay for it later and regret having spent too much money. Now, we're all human and have our weaknesses, so writing it down doesn't guarantee I won't do it again, but I'll sure think twice about it the next time. Also, by reading journal entries over from time to time, it just might be helpful in giving advice to a friend or family member, and certainly should be helpful in avoiding those "Things I Did That I'll NEVER Do Again" moments!I hope keeping this journal will help you!
