But the boys continue to run the gauntlet between career criminals and their evil employers, spurred on by prayer on the run and the example of Bible greats.About the Author: Martha was the poetry editor for Display, a Magazine of the Arts put out by students at Grand Rapids Community College, and won second place and honorable mention for two poems in a poetry and prose contest held there. A graduate of Michigan State University and the Institute of Children's Literature, Martha has written numerous reviews for The Midwest Book Review. The first edition of Return to Pentwater, a Christian romance, was released in April 2005, followed by The Forbidden Gold of Mackinac, a young adult mystery, in February 2006. Second editions of both books are now available. The Charlevoix Greats, an adventure for middle-age readers, was published in 2012. Her latest book, The Wind on Grand Traverse Bay, was published in 2014. Martha and her husband live in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and enjoy traveling in retirement. But it is Michigan, with its beautiful lakeside towns and sandy beaches, that provides the perfect setting for romance and adventure.
