A fiction novel about three young women from Destin Florida who are unaware of the possible dangers of drinking with strangers while on a visit to New York City. Jolie O'Brien, an author, flys to New York City with her two best friends in an attempt to save her condo on the beach from a tax lien. Her only chance is to get the attention of an editor at the annual book conference in the city. Being from a small resort area, they do not realize how naive they are, as they encounter two cavelier businessmen.About the Author: Beverly Sassano (BJ Bryant) lives in Destin, Florida with her husband Larry and Max, the maltese. She was motivated to write Goddess of the Ring, because of a traumatic experience she had earlier in her life. After many attempts, she learned how healing the process of writing can be, and she created a story, although different from her own experience, to relate to anyone who has survived something traumatic in their own lives and how you can grow from that point. Goddess is penned in her maiden name and her children's books are under Beverly Sassano. Goddess is her first book and Blessing Stones will be released soon.
