Ricky Robinson Braveheart is about the challenges and fears a kindergartener faces on his first day in a Christian school. Ricky must be brave as he heads off to Braveheart Christian Academy. On his first day, Ricky makes a few friends, tours the school, and gets lost. Yikes! Ricky also learns about this Jesus guy and the Golden Rule.About the Author: My name is Rick Crawford a.k.a. Ricky Bruce, and I am a children's book writer from San Jose, California. My passion is writing children's fiction chapter books for ages 6-12. I hold a Master's Degree in Education, Bachelor's Degrees in Anthropology and Social Science, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and I am C-TEL/ CLAD Certified. I have taught in elementary school settings for over fifteen years in Santa Clara County. These life experiences have helped me discover my passion for writing, and to understand what children enjoy reading.
