Inspired by her father's e-mail tag line of "sola gratia", Marcia decided to research the five solas of the Reformation. Then, compelled by the Holy Spirit, she started to write this book which has evolved into a devotional based on the five solas. Using reflections on both Old and New Testament Scripture intertwined with personal stories this devotional hopes to stimulate the reader to a deeper relationship with God. This is a book that all Christians can enjoy regardless of denomination.About the Author: Marcia Ann Thornton, the younger elder, and her husband Don live in God's country, the high desert of New Mexico, with their two grandsons and a passel of critters. She is an elder in her church where she also plays the piano and organ for worship.
