The desired outcome of MCSPP is a proactive, efficient and effective strategy to maintain the readiness of both individual marines and Sailors and their units. This strategy is aligned with the Marine Corps larger, holistic prevention approach to behavioral health that seeks to develop coping skills, increase resilience, and increase access to and engagement of behavioral healthcare services.
