I just want to give you an overview about me and what I'm passionate about. I grew up in Cambridge, MA, outside of Harvard Square and have been in prison since 2007 for drug trafficking, but I have transformed my life.I've developed a fitness plan while in prison called The Cottrell Method. The plan isn't only about physical fitness but focusses on self-improvement in every way. My goal is to make a difference, a positive difference and I want you to be part of it.
