Next comes the weight and measurement trackers so you can follow your progress over the next 12 weeks. Set yourself up for success by choosing non food rewards and Document celebrate when you reach your mini goals and milestones. This journal includes a Keto FAQ and cheat sheet that addresses questions you may have about the eating Keto. After this initial information the daily and weekly tracking templates start. These templates include a daily reflections page that helps you identify your daily goals and the action steps you can take to help you achieve these goals. This page also helps you build your self esteem and confidence by providing space for you to identify your unique strengths, what you love about your body, what you are grateful for and where or what you happiness in that day. After the daily reflections page comes the daily meal plan page where you can plan and record your daily meals and snacks. It also has an area to record your macronutrients from each meal. You can then tally these macros up in a chart that records your calculated Keto macros breakdown with your total tallied daily macros. The next page includes a detailed daily healthy eating habits checklist that focuses on what you eat as well as how you eat. This checklist helps you create and build new healthy eating habits. This page also includes a daily exercise chart to help you record the type of physical activity, the length of the activity, amount of weight, number of reps and sets, cardio speed and distance and calories burned. This page will help reach your long term by helping you identify whether you are being consistent with eating and fitness habit.
