She was educated in the public-school system of Nash County. She is a graduate of the class of 1969 of Spaulding High School, Spring Hope, North Carolina. Elder Williams-Rogers is married to Dr. Joseph R. Rogers Sr. and to this union four siblings were born: Ernie who resides in Spring Hope, and Sonya who resides in Wilson North Carolina, respectively; step children, Joseph Jr, and Nicholas Lamont, both resides in Raleigh, North Carolina. Elder Williams-Rogers was ordained as an "Elder "in 2007 and presently serves as an associated minister at Mount Zion First Baptist Church Rocky Mount NC were Dr. Joseph R. Rogers Sr. is the servant/ leader. She continued to educate herself and graduate from Shaw University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts Religion/ Philosophy and graduated with high honors (Summa Cum Laude) and a member of Alpha Chi. Elder Rogers also received a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies 2015 from Patriot Bible University, Del Norte, Colorado. At present Elder Rogers has completed a Doctoral Program in Biblical Studies. Elder Williams-Rogers is a committed and dedicated Christian and has much knowledge, wisdom and zeal as she ministers to and in the body of Christ. She has written and published her first book entitled; Conquering Lion's Faith Volumes 1&2, (Relevant and Bible-Based Outlines Series for Today's Times). Also, a book of Poems: Poetry from A Godly Heart. She is now in the process of writing her third book entitles; Journey as A Pastor's Wife: The Peaks and the Valleys and a Daily Journal: Thoughts for My Sisters in Christ.
