This interactive workbook was designed initially to assist counselors in working with young people as they strive to develop self mastery skills. It then began to be used in prevention programs, treatment programs and correctional facilities with men and women. Today it is being used to assist anyone wanting to develop a deeper understanding of themselves while exploring wounds and how best to help them heal. Her experience in treatment, Corrections, Re Entry and Prevention with adults and young people has allowed her to develop this interactive journal in the spirit of Joseph Campbell and all great healers in the African, Hispanic and Native American Communities.
