This is my story, for better or worse. It is chronological in the first half with the second half more clinical. I am a sexual assault and abuse survivor and am living with the effects: Complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorder, Bi Polar, and a few others. My story is disturbing, heartbreaking, but courageous, tenacious, and eventually, triumphant. I hope it educates you, opens your mind to your own lovely truth, and gives you hope and courage if you are the unfortunate who face or have faced awful, cruel, and unjust circumstances. If you are the fortunate who have not, I pray my story gives you insight, empathy, and a kind heart should you come across one of us during your lifetime.
