Back of the Bottle is a unique, 3-book series of nonfiction free verse poetry that explores the disease of Addiction from three perspectives: the disease itself (Addiction); the Addict; and the Affected. This second book focuses on the Addict and his or her voice regarding the disease of addiction. With accompanying journal pages to jump start readers' own reactions and support the healing process, the series provides opportunities for better understanding of all facets of this complex disease.
