After longing to do a solo canoe trip into Ontario's wilderness and putting it off year after year, a 65 year old woman overcomes fear and ageism to embark on a life changing four day journey into the Algonquin Park backcountry, paddling eight lakes and portaging her canoe and packs over 14km through the forests.
