This is a great little book which ventures into areas that other books on MS don't do. It gives simple explanations about why certain nutrients can make a difference to the progression of this disease. More importantly, these suggestions can be incorporated quite easily into daily life either by adding them to your diet or by purchasing supplements, many of which can be found in your local supermarket..
