This is an 8-session training resource for small group and cell group leaders. There's a facilitator's guide that goes along with it, sold separately.The idea behind this resource is to use it over the course of two or three months instead of a weekend "shotgun" approach. This is recommended by the authors because leaders need time to digest, adopt, and learn by doing what is taught in the sessions.
