Memories of a member of the Omsk Government Professor GK Gins were written in 1920 on the heels of the events of the Civil War in Siberia. The author analyzes in detail the alignment of political forces and activities of government agencies exercising state control in the territory of the White Siberia and the Far East in 1918-1920.
