Each book has its own destiny. But do not kill each author at the time of the text on the orders of the hero of his works. This happened to Trotsky's Aug. 21, 1940, and the manuscript of "Stalin" was left unfinished. The first volume of the book consists of a preface, the author of the unfinished and composited in his drafts, and seven chapters, edited by Trotsky for the publication of books in English, published in 1941 by the publishing house Harper and Brothers.
