In this book, we explore the concepts of both failure and success, not in the light of negatives and positives, or opposites of two ends; we see these two concepts as a location and a journey, one where success is seen as the constant, a destination that is neither fluid nor moveable, while we consider failure as the journey to the said destination.In my well-researched and experienced view, the perspective from which the success and failure concepts are viewed is the major determinant for victory over adversity.When failure is seen as the opposite of success, and then avoided, success becomes elusive or short-lived, which makes people give up.When failure is seen as the way to achieve success, there is no need to avoid it, instead, one would be encouraged and determined to face it, and overcome it, which then leads to success in the long term.
