She created this little handbook to assist patients in identifying and understanding psychological mechanisms of personal sabotage which she calls "shadow puppets." These are an individual's inner, darkest, deepest parts which cause havoc and distress.This book outlines the most common shadow puppets and allows the reader to identify other existing and more specific personal psychological components.
