A first step towards success is accepting that crisis is the new normal - and that handling the extraordinary has now become a natural part of our project timeline. We should stop being surprised by an external crisis (that is out of our control). Whether it is a financial crisis, global pandemic or natural disaster we should be handling it as a non-seasonal period and respond to it with similar set of rules each time. What is important is that we are well - equipped, agile and hands on in face of crisis. This way we will radiate confidence and provide essential knowledge to our employees when preparing them to moving forward with the same self-assurance and targeted motivation. After a brief introduction into Agile, this paper will provide concrete actionable recommendations for running an Agile project in times of crisis.
