When Eva's father, a renown psychiatrist passes away, Eva moves to an island to be with a longtime friend, Esau. There she accidentally meets a ghost, a being that her father created. Upon digging further, she finds out a lot more than she had intended to. Realizing that the rabbit hole was a lot deeper than she had imagined, she set out to find the truth. Everyone seemed to be hiding something and she wanted to get to the bottom of it. Before she knew it, she found herself several meters below ground, caught in a tangled web of lies, only wanting to go even deeper.
