Chris and Frankie are characters who want to introduce those that will listen to the ebony and ivory keys of the piano. They will do this in a non traditional way!!! A story!!!These both have an eye condition called, Heterochromia Iridis, so things such as diversity and acceptance can be talked about after reading this book!!!Frankie is tired often, so you could even talk about eating healthy and getting enough sleep.Without giving too much away, there are a lot of nuggets in there that may or may not be noticeable!!! One of them is primary/secondary colors... Chris has a yellow eye and a blue eye. When you mix them together, you get green, which is why he has a green mouth, and green sneakers!!!My goal is to introduce more children to the piano. Especially with the times that we're in, music is an outlet for people. The more they learn about the piano now, the easier it can be to learn things in the future!!!
