K. C. Wanamaker lived for over thirty years in Fayetteville, North Carolina with husband in an old farmhouse of about twelve acres with a bass fishing pond. She has always had a great thirst for knowledge. To help satisfy her keen interests, she attended UNCP as a Chancellor Scholar where she gained a B.A. in English and History. It is with enthusiasm, she completes her longtime project, a sequel to the first Maelstrom novel-Maelstrom II: The Storm is Here and keeps her promise to her readers. She also proudly presents her newly completed chapbook, I Was A Psychic Mom. Her trilogy, The Kingdom of Emperia, a magical fantasy, has received critical acclaim by its readers. She looks forward to sometime in the near future to releasing her novel: A Darkest Night Tale Book One: Agents of the Full Moon.
