This is a yearly Stoma Journal, it has been designed to help you keep a record of all things stoma related.Having a stoma is a life changing operation and to keep on track of everything can seem at times to become too much. This yearly Journal helps keep a track of your mental health, sleep patterns, food diary, stoma equipment, important contacts, medications and lots of space for note taking. I am sure you will find this helpful especially being a yearly one than having different Journals and notepads plus then trying to remember what was wrote where. This is also helpful to take to appointments with you as everything you need is all in one place. I like the features in this such as the medication track list as it can change monthly sometimes so worth keeping ontop of this. I found keeping a food diary is helpful just in case you run into issues such as semi or full blockages (like I have) and that way you know what is an issue for you and what is not. This helped me so much especially in the early days of when I started to live my new life with my stoma. Hope this helps you too.
