POSIDONNIS: Awakening is a fantastic, fantasy novel. The planet earth is invaded in the 2030s by extraterrestrial travelers, the VREX, originating from the planet UGUL. Their motives were to enslave humanity. To do this, they used different strategies, the VREX succeeded, following a certain number of tests, in a deliberate consent of the humans. And in the 2160s, humanity was pretty much under the control of the VREX and their hybridized creation, the SHOKRIANS. During the twenty-second century, the human mortality rate increased to such an extent that the eventual demise of humanity would compel the interstellar committee to take a most unusual action. Time travel to a time when humanity was still free. An intervention by interstellar warriors from a distant planet was the solution considered. But unlike the VREX; which had the particularity of adapting to any type of vibrational frequency, and thus mutating into the terrestrial frequency; his interstellar warriors were to incarnate on earth like any human being and thus acquire growing supernatural power. Unfortunately, the leader of his interstellar warriors who will be born, will not be the one who had been previously chosen by the committee.
