This book is an unfinished case, 1991-1996, involving a Mexican cartel on one side of the border and American politicians on this side. It documents true events of the three men who spearheaded two separate and simultaneous investigations in different locations that eventually merged. DEA Agent Larry Hardin was provided intelligence from two public Private Investigators, Jeff Pearce, and Randy Torgerson. They were determined to bring down the Meraz organization.
